Timothy J. Carver is an attorney with Klingbeil & Roberts, P.A., where he assists clients with estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate matters, and business-related legal needs.
Timothy brings a practical, real-world perspective to his legal practice. Before becoming an attorney, he owned and operated several businesses, managed rental properties, and worked closely with individuals, families, and business owners. That background helps him approach legal matters with common sense, attention to detail, and an understanding of the personal and financial concerns clients often face.
Timothy also has a personal connection to issues affecting older adults and their families. He is a caregiver for his 87-year-old father and studied the psychology of aging while attending the University of Central Florida. These experiences give him a deeper appreciation for the importance of thoughtful planning, clear communication, and protecting the dignity and independence of aging loved ones.
Outside the office, Timothy enjoys sailing, spending time on the water, and being with his wife and daughters. One of his most meaningful experiences was sailing with his father from Port Charlotte to Key West on a 25-foot sailboat when his father was 81 years old. As a husband, father, and caregiver, Timothy understands the importance of family, planning, and protecting the people who matter most.
Timothy is committed to serving clients with professionalism, clear communication, and practical guidance. He values building long-term relationships with clients and being a trusted resource for individuals, families, and business owners throughout the Venice and Englewood communities.
